David Deane
The Corporate/Commercial team at BKF is headed up by David Deane. With over thirty years’ experience in commercial law, David specialises in corporate finance with particular emphasis on M & A work and debt/equity funding raising.
David has an extensive practical experience in a wide range of corporate transactions including business start-ups, share sales and purchases, business acquisitions and disposals, MBOs, joint ventures, mergers, re-financing, share re-structuring, corporate governance/compliance and commercial contracts.
David strongly believes that our reputation relies just as much on our ability to put our commercial clients’ best interests at the core of everything we do for them as it does on our legal expertise and experience.
